PS: Of course misleading advertising (such as Microsoft saying newly released software works and does X Y and Z properly) should always be a legal issue, but I think that is already covered anyway in law currently.

Refunds for buggy games... wait what?

Personally I think this kind of law is just plain silly... making software (i.e games) is nothing like making a toaster or a piece of furniture. So if this kind of law passes, I can get a refund for a game if I find a bug in it ? right...
