Well, yes. Most of the thoughts here are of course the same as always in pricing business and something many if not most of us will be familiar with...
But - I still found it an interesting read and enjoyed the comments, so... in the hope of a discussion about game pricing starting as a result... here's GamaSutra's article on game pricing:

Some encouragement for current and future game developers..
A triple whammy from BBC news.
Think outside the boxed packaging.
We have seen a lot of examples (and ideas) lately for using the various devices available in different ways than necessarily intended at the start. The iPhone is a classic example of this, as developers use the various sensors etc to their advantage in new and innovative ways. PS3 of course famously found a separate audience from the start as a reasonably priced blu-ray player with supercomputer capability. The Nintendo DS… Continue
